Mobile Outreach Clinics

Together with the Legal Clinic of Guelph and Wellington, with funding from The Law Foundation of Ontario, we are now providing Mobile Outreach Clinics to the communities of North Halton. These clinics provide accessible legal services to low-income residents in Acton and Georgetown every Friday on an alternating schedule.

Throughout the warm months of the year one of our staff lawyers or paralegals, accompanied by an intake worker, will be providing immediate legal services from community parking lots, using a pop-up tent and van as a mobile office space. During the winter these clinics will move into spaces provided by the Halton Hills Public Libraries.

This project is a continued effort by our Clinic to provide barrier-free legal services to all areas of the Halton Region.
